A varied walk on the east side of Bath, taking in a canal tow path, water meadows, a beautiful public garden, a housing estate and historic village.

Discover Batheaston and its environs and learn how community groups have influenced and altered their local environment, from a protest group (Meadows Alliance) to a more recent local initiative (Grow Batheaston).

We will also see the work of Friends of Bathampton Meadows Riverside, the Secret Garden volunteers, Bath & West Community Energy and Batheaston New Village Hall.
