Go on a journey through Sydney Gardens in Bath, learning about and practicing Mindfulness, using this 40 minute audio guide created by Huw Griffths from Mindfulness Bath.

Make sure you take everything you need with you to the park – perhaps some water, a hat if it’s hot, something to sit on if you wish. Please follow government guidance in relation to Covid-19 and use social distancing. As the Mindfulness Walk takes place in a public park, please remain aware of your surroundings and environment throughout the session – this is all part of being mindful!

You can listen online or download the track for offline listening (41Mbs MP3).

As part of the Sydney Gardens Project, Huw Griffiths has led ‘Mindfulness in the Park’ walks and talks over the past couple of years. This year, we have created a Mindfulness self-led audio guide, so that anyone can go on a self-led Mindfulness session. We welcome your feedback. and comments. We will be creating a Mindfulness audio guide for the Autumn season too, so your response will inform future guides.

The Sydney Gardens Project is a park restoration project funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Bath & North East Somerset Council. The funding is being used to restore historic buildings, invest in landscaping works, renovate the play area for use by people of all ages and create new gardens alongside a programme of events and activities.
