Come along for an enjoyable and relaxing trail around the park taking in the fascinating natural and historic heritage of this beautiful space: ancient trees, follies, passing trains and canal boats, and hear about fireworks, galas and social breakfasts that were part of the social life of one of the last remaining 18th Century Georgian Pleasure Gardens.

This walk is specially for people with memory loss and their carers.  It will be led by Mary Caron-Courtney (Holburne Museum educator and artist) and Sue Palmer (Community Ranger, Sydney Gardens).

Sydney Gardens is applying to the Heritage Lottery Fund Parks for People Fund for a 3 year restoration project for the park.

We will be pleased to welcome 12 people onto this walk – 6 with memory loss and their accompanying carers.
