We are running two free events as part of Visit Bath’s Feel-Good Bath
Monday, 4th February 10am to 3.30pm
Nature & Wellbeing Course at Bath City Farm with Avon Wildlife Trust
Stressed? Anxious? Feeling low?
Come along to our one day awareness course, where you’ll have the opportunity to explore and learn about the natural world in a way that helps to improve your physical and mental wellbeing. The day will focus on three main themes: resourceful thoughts, emotional awareness and motivation.
“I like it that we are exercising without really noticing we’re just outside talking to each other in the fresh air”
“When I am here I can forget my worries and just concentrate on gardening, it gives me peace of mind”
